What’s in the box?
Each month a beautifully-packaged SURPRISE box of high-quality items teachers love is delivered to your doorstep! Our happy boxes always feature 4-6+ premium products and exclusive access to teacher resources that help you teach your heart out, sparkle your classroom, and pop your life. For example, you can expect a treasure trove of classroom/office supplies (like classic flair pens, cute pencils, highlighters, sparkly pens, decorative planner clips, stickers, post-it notes, decorative thumbtacks or magnets, etc.), inspirational art prints or stationery for the classroom or home, delicious treats (organic when available), tea, chocolate, or coffee, self-care/spa products, stylish wearables (think boho bracelet, socks, scarf, hair accessories, or fancy lanyard), home & desk decor, and more. As a subscriber (aka Sparkler), you’ll gain access to complimentary resources for use in your classroom + home, and you’ll be invited to join our Facebook group, the sparkliest teacher community this side of heaven. How does it work?
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the subscription cycle. All subscription sales are final. You can cancel anytime before your renewal date (11th of the month) to not be renewed. You can cancel anytime, however you will still receive the remaining box already paid for on your monthly subscription and then your subscription will end. You can also purchase one-time gift subscriptions that do not auto-renew! Simply choose the one-time option at checkout and your gift will automatically expire at the end of the prepaid period. With this option, there’s no need to log into your account to cancel!
How much does it cost?
Our happy boxes are $34.00 plus a flat shipping rate of $7.95. Our beautiful, happy boxes and all their sparkle cost less than you spend all month on your daily cup of coffee!
Can I purchase a one-time Teach Sparkle Pop Box that does not auto-renew?
Unfortunately, we don't have that option set up just yet. We're working on that, but for now, you can sign up for the monthly subscription, and if you choose to cancel or skip a month, you can do that through your account. Otherwise, reach out to us for help at: team@teachsparklepop.com
What if I need to skip a month or put my subscription on hold?
You can skip a month (or more) of your subscription by logging onto your account and clicking “skip a month”, or emailing us at team@teachsparklepop.com– Please ensure you opt to skip a month BEFORE your renewal date if you wish to skip the next box. To put your subscription on hold until further notice, please feel free to email us!
How long does it take to receive my box each month?
Teach Sparkle Pop boxes ship within the first 7 business days of the month. You should receive your order within 3-7 business days from shipping day if USPS behaves. We send a tracking code via email. *Please note: Once the boxes leave our hands, we cannot control the shipping company or weather conditions.
When is my renewal date?
If you purchased a Teach Sparkle Pop subscription, your subscription will renew on the 11th of the month in which your subscription period ends. Example: You purchased a monthly subscription on April 1st – your first box is May box which ships the first week of May, and your renewal will be May 15th for our June box shipping first week in June. Still not sure? You can always log into your account to see your renewal date at any time.
What are your Shipping & Billing Policies?
We ship within the first 7 business days of every month and offer a discounted flat-rate shipping of $7.95 per box. You are charged immediately when you order, and automatically re-billed monthly on the 11th of your renewal month.

Teach Sparkle Pop is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $7.95 will be charged to reship the package.
When is the cut off date to order this month's box?
The cut-off date to order is the last day of each month as long as boxes are available. We ship within the first two weeks of the following month of placing your order. For example, the cut-off date to order June boxes would be May 31. June boxes would then ship in the first two weeks of June. However, please note that we often sell out before our cut off-date.
What is the Teach Sparkle Pop Shop?
The Teach Sparkle Pop Shop is our one-time gift shop, and includes a few of the items from past Teach Sparkle Pop boxes! If you purchased items from the TSP Shop, then your order will ship immediately after processing, and you do not have to wait until the first week of the following month for shipping. Independent purchases from The TSP Shop will ship immediately after processing (typically we ship within 1-3 business days of your TSP Shop order)
What if I move and need to change my address?
You can change your address by logging onto your account, or emailing us at team@teachsparklepop.com– The cut off date to change your address for the month’s box is last day of the month before your box ships (for example: If your box ships the first two weeks of May, then the last day to change your address is before May 1st). After successfully changing your address, you will receive a confirmation email with your address change. Please ensure that confirmation email reflects the correct new address, and feel free to email us if you need assistance!
What if I subscribe and then cancel right away?
Once you subscribe your account is immediately charged. All subscription orders are final. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew the next month, but you will still receive a box for the renewal charge that processed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel by logging onto your account and clicking “cancel”. If you need any assistance, email us at team@teachsparklepop.com and we’re happy to help!
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by logging onto your account and clicking “reactivate”, or emailing us at team@teachsparklepop.com– Your card will automatically be charged upon reactivation of your subscription.
What is your refund policy?
ALL SUBSCRIPTION SALES ARE FINAL.
Can I return or exchange individual items in the box?
We accept returns and will happily replace individual items that are damaged, missing, or defective only. Please email us at team@teachsparklepop.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for items ASAP!
What if I received a damaged item?
We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please email us at team@teachsparklepop.com and attach required photo evidence of any damages/defects within 14 days of receipt of the box. Please ensure you send us photos of: 1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery. 2) The damaged Item showing evident damage/leakage/ 3) A picture of the inside of the box you received. Our team will gladly ship you any replacements for damaged items ASAP after receiving these photos! You may be required to return the damaged goods in order for us to process the claim. We will gladly provide a shipping label if that is the case.
What if my box is lost/stolen?
All Teach Sparkle Pop orders come with tracking. Teach Sparkle Pop is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once marked as delivered by the postal carrier or inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. All claims for lost/stolen items can be made through the postal carrier’s official website using your tracking number. Please ensure there is a secure location for you to receive packages, or request boxes to be held at your local post office for pick up to ensure safe delivery.
What if my account has insufficient funds when I subscribe or when I am re-billed?
If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, Teach Sparkle Pop will automatically keep trying several times over the course of 10 days to renew your subscription. If we are still unsuccessful after the last try, we will automatically move your subscription renewal to the next month and will repeat the process of renewal again. If your renewal remains unsuccessful, then your subscription may automatically expire or be cancelled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date to be successfully renewed. Teach Sparkle Pop is not responsible for any overdraft charges from banks or credit cards.

TEACH SPARKLE POP boxes ship out within the first two weeks of each month, so if you subscribe ON or BEFORE the last day of the month, you'll get the box for the NEW month. For example, let's say you place your order between August 1st through August 31st, then you can expect to receive September's box. Now, if you subscribe after the last day of the month, for instance, on September 1st, you'd receive the NEXT month's box as your first box, so you'd have to wait until the October shipment (first week of October). Hang in there, we think it's worth the wait! Renewals process on the 15th of each month.
