When will my order ship?

Orders from the Teach Sparkle Pop shop are processed and shipped within 4 days, excluding Sundays.  

We'll email you tracking as soon as it's available. Orders that are placed on weekends will not ship until at least the next business day. 

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at dawn@teachsparklepop.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: P.O. Box 580612, Pleasant Prairie WI 53158

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

TSP Box & Tees subscription shipping & return policy

Teach Sparkle Pop Box:

We ship the first two weeks of every month and offer a discounted flat-rate shipping of $7.95 per box. You are charged immediately when you order, and automatically re-billed monthly on the 11th of your renewal month.

Please ensure your address is correct at check-out.

To log into your account, click here. Enter your login details and once you are in your Shopify account, click on subscripton link to view and make updates as needed.

Teach Sparkle Pop is not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses. If a box is returned to us due to invalid address, a reshipping and handling fee of $7.95 will be charged to reship the package.

Damaged TSP Box Items:

We will gladly send you a complimentary replacement if your product arrives damaged or defective. Please read the policy above for details. 

TSP Box Refunds

We honor full refunds for the TSP Box if contacted within 24 hours of placing your order/renewal. You must email us immediately within 24 hours of your order at dawn@teachsparklepop.com and request a refund via email because we process refunds manually. After receiving an email request for the refund, it can take up to 5-10 business days for the full refund to appear back into your card.

Shipping carriers & delivery

We ship via USPS & UPS.

Delivery of your package is typically on time, but is not guaranteed by Teach Sparkle Pop.  During the busy seasons, delivery times will increase.   Please understand that once your item(s) ship, delivery is in the hands of the Shipping carriers.
